Superga Teams up with YOOX on Matching "Couple-Twinning" Sneakers

Inspired by Korean TV dramas.

Popularized by K-dramas and Korean celebrities, the “couple-twinning” trend – where couples dress alike – has been one of the main highlights in the Korean fashion world since 2010. In celebration of this phenomenon, Superga and YOOX have teamed up and are about to release matching couple shoes this fall.

The silhouettes arrive in five different designs featuring muted shades with pops of blue on the heel tabs, while other shoes come in unique prints including the famous Korean “finger heart.” The Superga x YOOX campaign features Korean-American model and fashion blogger Irene Kim sporting the collection’s shoes in colorful fall-inspired outfits. For a more detailed look at the sneakers, scroll through the gallery below.

The Superga x YOOX collection will be available on YOOX’s website at the end of October, so stay tuned for more details.
