Dior's Monogram Edition of Its Forever Couture Perfect Cushion Receives a Release Date

UPDATE (December 19, 2019): Dior has finally announced the release date for the Diormania Edition of its customer-favorite Forever Couture Perfect Cushion. Created by Dior Makeup‘s image director Peter Philips, the foundation provides a matte finish along with 24-hour hydration, and acts as a form of skincare. Its formula has been infused with wild pansy extract combined with a moisturizing agent, as well as rose fruit extract that helps diminish enlarged pores. The case arrives in a glamourous, slim silhouette inspired by couture where the cover’s design features Dior’s iconic monogram pattern.
Dior’s Forever Couture Perfect Cushion Diormania Edition retails for $510 HKD (approximately $65 USD) and will be available for purchase at all Dior beauty boutique and beauty counters on January 1, 2020.
ORIGINAL STORY (November 8, 2019): Dior is set to release a Diormania Edition of its popular Forever Perfect Cushion Compact. A preliminary teaser image reveals a powder compact rendered in navy blue Dior monogram. Its canvas-like texture is reminiscent of the brand’s “Oblique” print.
The new edition will likely feature the same powder formula of previous Forever Perfect Cushion Compact iterations. The matte powder foundation comes in six shades ranging from light to medium-dark and features built-in SPF protection. It remains to be seen whether Dior will release new shades or finishes along with its upcoming Diormania Edition, for release in 2020.
