Acne Studios' Musubi and Baker Bags Come in the Perfect Colors for SS19

To welcome the Spring/Summer 2019 season, Acne Studios has launched a new lineup of handbags from its Musubi and Baker ranges. Frequently spotted on the arms of street style influencers during Fashion Month, the sculptural bags and shopper totes make for the ideal accessory to match any stylish outfit for warmer weather.
Set to release on March 7, Acne Studios’ SS19 handbag offering will feature a new style called the Musubi Milli as the latest addition to its popular range. Designed with a twisted knot motif inspired by the obi sash of traditional Japanese dresses, the bag now sees a new form with a top handle and fold-over front flap. This style will be available in a range of colors including red, pale blue, pastel yellow and more neutral tones.

The Musubi line also sees a camera-style bag, an oversized shoulder bag, as well as a mini iteration designed with a long strap. Crafted with cow and calf leather, the bags are covered in shades from minimalist white to brown, and to the Swedish brand’s signature salmon pink hue.

The Baker range, which takes inspiration from the shape of paper grocery bags, has also received a springtime update. Totes in large and medium sizes arrive in different materials including patent leather and paper-effect leather.
