Nike's "Pure Platinum" Rework of the Air Max 720 Is the Cleanest Model Yet
The perfect addition to you spring sneaker rotation.
Following up to its eye-catching “Laser Fuchsia” version of the Air Max 720, Nike now releases the cleanest colorway yet of the sneaker. Arriving in “Pure Platinum,” the all-new iteration is the perfect way to ring in the spring season.
This time around, the upper constructed largely of mesh is rendered in a triple white palette that creates the sleekest of looks. Along with equally crisp white laces, the plastic designs on the lateral and medial panels, as well as heel segment, are also constructed in a monochromatic hue that complements the rest of the trainer.
The only hit of color on the entire shoe is, of course, the toe-to-heel Air Max bubble that comes in the sneaker’s namesake shade of “Pure Platinum.” The metallic coloration is very subtle and just barely adds a silver sheen on the sole. Offering a completely translucent view through the sole, the understated finish of the sole perfectly rounds off the look.
You can shop the Nike Air Max 720 “Pure Platinum” at select stockists such as Titolo, where it retails for $206.08 USD.
