Fendi's Pre-Fall 2019 Collection Includes All-New Baguette and Peekaboo Bags
As well as fluorescent mini-bags that can be used as charms.
After making its much-applauded return earlier this year, Fendi‘s iconic Baguette Bag has been a revitalized favorite for fashion lovers everywhere. Featuring plenty of new iterations of the classic silhouette and more, the fashion house now unveils its Pre-Fall 2019 collection. This time around, beautifully ornate prints come front and center, inspired by the intricate patterns on 19th century French gates, as well as the designs that are used on vintage Japanese men’s kimonos. Unsurprisingly, Fendi’s popular monogram also makes various appearances throughout as well.
The latest program comprises of an eclectic mix of feminine silhouettes. From asymmetric pleated skirts and floor-length lace dresses, to elegant tulle frocks and sleek silk shirts, the latest roster of womenswear is filled with statement pieces. Contrasting the more refined items are also bold additions such as a striking leather overcoat in turquoise, covered entirely in the brand’s unmistakable “FF” monogram.
To round off the looks is, of course, also a selection of new accessories and handbags. Along with the aforementioned Baguette Bag in all-new reworks, Fendi’s hallmark Peekaboo Bag also arrives in new designs and colorways. As extra embellishments for the bags (that are utterly adorable, might we add), the house is also releasing a selection of micro charms in the shapes of the Baguette and Mon Trésor bags, arriving in fluorescent blue and fluorescent pink colorways, respectively.
