Vans Just Gave the Sk8-Hi and Era Sneaker a Platform Upgrade
Summer-ready.
Just in time for summer Vans has taken two of its signature silhouettes, the Vans Sk8-Hi and the Vans Era, and given them a stacked platform upgrade. Ideal for elevating any outfit, the new designs are both eye-catching and perfect for day-to-day wear.
The Sk8-Hi sees two colorways, arriving in a “Confetti” iteration sporting an upper with purple and “Sea Green” panelling. In addition, the top of the shoe gets an all-black color with contrasting white stitching, perfectly matching the classic white laces. As for the sole, the chunky stacked design gets a translucent turquoise overlay as well as a gum sole outsole. The silhouette also arrives in a classic black-and-white iteration, sporting checkered detailing at the heel.
Vans’ classic Era silhouette also sees the same “Confetti” design, as well as a sleek white iteration sporting a gum midsole and a jagged black outsole, putting an eye-catching spin on the simple sneaker.
Retailing at $70 USD and $80 USD respectively, you can get your hands on the Vans Sk8-Hi Stacked and Vans Era Stacked online at the Vans website. Take a look at the iterations in the gallery above, and let us know which sneaker is your favorite in the gallery above.
