Kick off the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup With This Team Jersey Editorial

Combining football and fashion.

Today, June 7, marks the start of the highly anticipated 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup kicking off in Paris, France. South Korea will be playing against the host country as the first match of the prestigious tournament, which will come to an end with the final on July 7.

To celebrate the exciting event, Babyrainbow has created an exclusive editorial highlighting some of this year’s team jerseys from countries like Nigeria, USA, France, China and Brazil. Each of the pieces will be sold at Shinzo in Paris, and football fans will be able to get their hands on the jerseys starting today. For the editorial, Babyrainbow has merged the well-known sports aesthetic with high fashion, proving that athleisure is bigger than ever. Combining each of the colorful pieces with extravagant jewelry, corsets, trench coats and more, the shots put emphasis on this year’s designs.

Take a look at the editorial by Babyrainbow above, and get ready to watch the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup as it kicks off today at 8 p.m GMT.
