Move Over Kim, Converse Japan Just Introduced a Clear Chuck Taylor All Star

The high-top sneakers also arrive with sleek suede detailing.

Following up on Converse‘s bold Chuck 70 pack emblazoned with flames, the brand’s Japan imprint rolls out a transparent release, designing a clear Chuck Taylor All Star. The designs are reminiscent of the iridescent, Chuck 70 model that dropped back in May.

The new All Star silhouettes arrive in clear white and pink colorways. Detailing features the classic design cues including well-crafted rubber accents and clean white lacing. Additionally, the models include see-through uppers; the Converse badge on the medial side paired with reinforcement panels on the heel and medial forefoot. Lastly, the sneakers are also marked by suede on the tongue, vamp and heel.

The new Converse Chuck Taylor All Star will be available on Converse Japan’s site and stores in July.
