Nike's Air Max 98 Gets a Pink "China Rose" Makeover
A sweet update.
Nike‘s retro Air Max 98 SE is having a bit of a retro resurgence, with the vintage-style trainer regaining popularity in the last few months. Having been recently spotted in shades like teal and rose gold, the sneaker has arrived with a pink “China Rose” panel for summer.
The mixed-material upper is mostly monochromatic, with the upper half in white fabric with subtle textured details and laces to match. To contrast, there’s a black pebbled leather that swoops around the perimeter and a bubblegum pink one right below. Beneath, there’s the signature full-length visible Air unit surrounded by a white midsole. Completing the look is a tiny white Swoosh on the midfoot, a black on on the side panel, pink Nike branding on the tongue and a fully pink sockliner.
