adidas Releases a Minty SoleCourt Sneaker for the U.S. Open Tennis Championships

Inspired by the streets of NYC and urban tennis culture.

With the U.S. Open Tennis Championships in full swing, adidas has released a new tennis-inspired collection, debuting on court by players including Angelique Kerber and Garbiñe Muguruza. As part of the lineup taking inspiration from the streets of New York City and urban tennis culture, the brand now introduces a minty SoleCourt sneaker for both activewear and daywear.

Arriving in a “Cloud White” upper, a TPU chassis wraps over the shoe for added stability. The overall design is highlighted with a minty “Glow Green” shade just above the BOOST midsole, which adds extra cushioning for the feet. adidas’ signature three stripes are placed on the sides in white and black, along with a logo at the heel. You can wear this to your next outdoor jog, tennis practice or with a simple white tee and high waisted jeans ensemble to complete a late-summer outfit.

Scroll through the gallery above to take a closer look. Priced at $160 USD, the adidas SoleCourt sneakers in “Glow Green” from the U.S. Open collection are now available to purchase at the brand’s online and offline stores.
