Drake Unveils Official 'Certified Lover Boy' Merch With Nike
The artist’s sixth studio album will release sometime in January 2021.
UPDATE (October 27, 2020): In anticipation of his sixth studio album, Drake has finally dropped his official Certified Lover Boy merch with Nike after teasing it on his Instagram Stories back in August. One standout piece in the collection is the quilted heart embroidered bomber jacket available in pink or black, which was first seen in the “Laugh Now Cry Later” music video. Inspired by an actual kiss that ended up on one of Drake’s Nike hats, the white baseball cap features a red lipstick mark on the brim. Other items in the range include graphic hoodies, tees printed with the CLB logo, roses and Cupids, as well as socks with hearts and Nike’s iconic Swoosh.
Take a closer look at the offerings in the gallery above. You can now shop the Certified Lover Boy merch via Drake’s website.
ORIGINAL STORY (October 26, 2020): Drake has shared new details on the release of his upcoming album, Certified Lover Boy, in a teaser video posted to YouTube.
Uploaded on the rapper’s 34th birthday, the one-minute clip opens with an image of a young boy looking up at the night sky. From there, the video recreates Drizzy’s past album covers — from releases including 2011’s Take Care and 2013’s Nothing Was The Same — and closes with moody aerial shots of Toronto.
Drake’s new LP Certified Lover Boy is set to release sometime in January 2021. Watch the album teaser above.
