Raf Simons Launches Self-Curated Online Shop, History Of My World
Decorate your space with the designer’s one-of-a-kind blankets.
Raf Simons has launched a new online platform, History Of My World, a store and multidisciplinary outlet curated by the designer himself. Meant to reflect Simons’s point of view, aesthetic and philosophy, the site has debuted with a collection of one-of-a-kind blankets made at the Raf Simons studio.
To start, the designer created 45 “Teenage Dream” blankets, each boasting a completely unique design. Made in Antwerp, the pieces arrive in solid and plaid colorways and piece together words, images and small graphics for a collage-like effect. In addition to the blankets, History Of My World also offers sets of candles molded after historical apothecary bottles and a selection fashion and photography books created by Simons. For an extra-special touch, shoppers can request a personal inscription handwritten by the designer.
