Shine Bright in Starface's New Iridescent Cyber-Star Pimple Patches
Made to shimmer and heal at the same time.
Last year, co-founders of Starface Julie Schott and Brian Bordainick launched their vegan and cruelty-free Hydro-Star pimple patches with the goal to steer away from traditional negative skin perceptions. After releasing the “Party Pack” iteration back in November, the skincare brand has unveiled a new design to the cult-favorite star-shaped acne stickers.
Dubbed the Cyber-Stars, the limited drop arrives in a shiny silver exterior that delivers the same effects as the original pimple protectors. The hydrocolloid patches have been formulated to draw out pimple pus and block unwanted bacteria from the skin. It also helps prevent you from poking and picking at your pimple, which causes scarring in the long run.
The limited-edition Cyber-Star pack includes 32 patches and retails for $18 USD which you can now purchase at Starface’s website. For more skincare-related news, here are the top cystic acne treatments and tips by dermatologists.
