ORIGINAL STORY (February 14, 2020): Following Netflix‘s confirmation of Sex Education Season 3, the streaming platform has teased the return of Stranger Things Season 4 with a video revealing a major plot point — Hopper is alive.
Titled “From Russia with love,” the 50-second clip pans over a snowy landscape where a group of workers seem to be building a railroad. A shot of the tracks ends with a close-up of one laborer in particular. Upon removing his hat, the mystery man is revealed to be Hopper, a twist that will satisfy fans wondering if the Duffer brothers really killed off the beloved character in season three.
Netflix hasn’t announced the official release date for the fourth season of Stranger Things, so stay tuned as more details emerge.
