STAUD Launches Option to Customize Bags With Your Pet's Portrait

To benefit Muddy Paws Rescue in New York.

STAUD has introduced a new option for two of its signature handbag styles, the Shirley and Bisset, that allows shoppers to customize their bag of choice with a hand-painted portrait of their pet. 10 percent of proceeds from the new initiative will go towards Muddy Paws Rescue, an animal adoption organization in New York City.

“In times like these, there are certain things that make getting through the day that much easier,” STAUD Founder Sarah Staudinger said of our furry friends. “How many times have we glanced over at our pets and it has brought a much-needed smile to our face?”

Customers can customize the Bisset, a top-handle bucket bag, in tan or cream leather. Also available as part of STAUD’s initiative is the Shirley, in both all-leather and leather-PVC construction. Customized bags take three to four weeks to receive once an order is placed and a pet photo is submitted.

Head to the STAUD website for your own pet portrait bag, ranging from $310 to $450 USD.
