Nike's Latest Aqua Rift Gel Remixes Tie-Dye, Paisley and Leopard Print
The unique style gets even weirder.
Nike will introduce a new version of its Aqua Rift Gel, a sandal-sneaker hybrid constructed with a cleft toe reminiscent of the Margiela Tabi boot. The new colorway in “Black/Sail,” collages together leopard print, tie-dye and black paisley panels for an eye-catching take on an already unorthodox shoe.
An aqua-hued upper is stitched with geometric, triangular detailing while two panels at the lateral and medial are washed in purple-blue tie-dye. The lateral heel is dressed in black paisley while the back heel features a mix of leopard and red paisley. A white sculpted midsole and rubber logo strap closure complete the style.
The Nike Aqua Rift Gel “Black/Sail” retails for $139 USD and releases May 15 at the Sneakersnstuff website.
