Nike's Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 Arrives in "University Blue"

A summer-ready option to add to your lineup.

Having released new “USA” colorways for the Air Max 97 and 270, Nike has now added a summer-ready iteration of its Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2. Taking inspiration from the North Carolina Tar Heels men’s basketball team, the latest release sports a classic “University Blue” hue.

Arriving with a clean white mesh upper with leather caging panels, the sneaker is highlighted with a sky blue color splashed on the Swoosh, tongue pull loop and Air unit. Nike branding is placed atop a grey badge on the tongue and heel for contrast, while the insoles are dressed in the same “University Blue” shade.

Available in women’s sizing only, Nike’s Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2 in “University Blue” is priced at $4,500 NT (approximately $150 USD) and is slated to drop at the sportswear giant’s web store on May 8 at 10 a.m. EST.
