Travis Scott and Nike Announce Air Max 270 "Cactus Trails" Release Date
Releasing alongside military-inspired apparel.
Following months of speculation, Travis Scott and Nike have announced the release date of their collaborative Air Max 270, dubbed “Cactus Trails” in reference to Scott’s Cactus Jack record label and brand.
The ’90s-inspired shoe features a chunky, low-cut silhouette in a color palette of “Light Cream,” “Star Fish” and “Dark Hazel.” The upper, midsole and Air unit have been oxidized using a special sulphur dye, adding to the style’s vintage feel, while a polar fleece collar and drawstring lace lock are reminiscent of hiking shoes. The Nike Swoosh is embroidered on the lateral and toe in orange and white respectively. Completing the shoe, the Cactus Jack logo appears on the heel tab.
Expanding the collaboration, Scott has also designed a military-inspired T-shirt, hoodie and pair of sweatpants to accompany the drop of the Air Max 270.
