Here’s Why You Don’t Want to Miss the Season 2 Premiere of VH1’s ‘Love & Listings’

The high-pressure stakes of celebrity real-estate are bigger than ever.

What does it take to succeed as a celebrity real-estate agent in Los Angeles? For season 2 cast of VH1’s Love & Listings, it means knowing the ins and outs of top real estate, maintaining relationships with high-profile clientele and staying tough in the midst of adversity. Airing on VH1 on Monday, July 6, the newest season of the real estate, reality TV show welcomes back cast members Jacob Knight, Ajani Scott, Zac Diles, Taylor Schwartz, Andrew Clinkscale, Samantha Barretto, Sarah Scheper, Erik Miles, Tai Sevet and Alexandre Anu

In a sneak peek of the forthcoming season 2 premiere, the drama-filled show continues to follow the group of young and ambitious real-estate agents as they take on the high-pressure stakes of selling multi-million dollar homes to some of the biggest names in music, sports and entertainment. The show follows the storylines of returning cast members like real-estate veteran Jacob Knight, son of legendary hip-hop mogul Suge Knight, Alexandre Anu, a self-made entrepreneur and burgeoning real-estate agent, Ajani Scott as they strive to rise in the ranks of L.A.’s real estate game.

Overcoming obstacles and hurdles in a highly-competitive industry is no easy task, just ask Alexandre who states, “It’s the Wild West out here. The most amazing estates, the best views, the sexiest vibes, million dollar commissions and thousands of hungry agents hustling for deals.” For Andrew Clinkscale he describes the industry as “Cut throat. It’s eat or be eaten at the highest-level.” While Jacob Knight divulges, “The world of L.A. real estate is very competitive. It’s all about connections and building relationships and in this field you have to be consistent and assertive.”

While imminent hardships and struggles are bound to happen on the road to success, it hasn’t stopped Ajani from making her mark in the City of Angels. “I measure success by not giving up. All of the million and one things on your to-do list that you don’t feel like doing but you push yourself to do anyway – that defines success. We have a choice to make every single day. Are we going to push ourselves to greatness or take the easier road and settle for mediocracy?”

Whether you’re a die-hard fan of the first season or new to the series, you can expect season 2 to be brimming with drama as complications from friendships, relationships and the struggle to succeed threaten to ruin the careers they’ve worked so hard to build. Find out what happens on the season 2 premiere of Love & Listings which kicks off on VH1 on Monday, July 6 at 9/8c. Head to VH1’s website for more information.
