GANNI Launches "Summer Love" Capsule Featuring Iconic Prints
Breezy pieces from dresses to matching separates.
Following its Spring/Summer 2020 collection titled “Double Love,” Copenhagen-based label GANNI has now unveiled its latest capsule “Summer Love.” From dresses to matching separates, the lineup features breezy pieces perfect for the summer weather.
Taking inspiration from Baz Luhrmann’s 1996 film Romeo + Juliet, the new designs can be worn as sets or cross-matched to create diverse looks. Arriving in 13 pieces total, the range boasts GANNI’s iconic prints, including motifs like wild horses and flowers. Additionally including soft denim, options include wide-brimmed hats, short-sleeved shorts and dresses.
“We came together with MATCHESFASHION to create the ‘Summer Love’ capsule, which is perfect for lazy afternoons in the park or garden. We brought back our superstar wild horses print from a few seasons ago, to give that freewheeling feeling of summer – even if we aren’t going anywhere yet,” the fashion label’s Creative Director Ditte Reffstrup shared in a press release. The collection is modeled by GANNI women based in New York, Copenhagen and London, including models Chili Dia and Yasmin Guerts, writer and Women Who founder Otegha Wagba, painter Chloe Wise, photographer Shini Park and stylist Juliana Salazar.
