thisisneverthat x New Balance Reveal Tonal ML2002R Collaboration
Arriving in two colorways.
Continuing its strong roster of collaborators this year, New Balance has now teamed up with Korean label thisisneverthat for the third time. The two brands are delivering two iterations of the ML2002R model.
The white colorway sports a tonal design overall, with a gray shade wrapping around the heel just above the midsole. Constructed with mesh, leather and suede materials, the sneaker is accentuated with contrasting black on the collar, “N” logo and outsole. To add a more vintage feel, the midsole is dressed in a yellowish cream hue, while the kicks are complete with thisisneverthat’s branding placed on the tongue. The grayish-brown iteration features similar cues, but is contrasted with a bold teal color at the rear. The pair sports a technical feel with grooved textures running across the sole.
Take a closer look at the upcoming collaborative sneakers below. The kicks will be seeing an initial online release on September 21 via thisisneverthat and New Balance‘s online stores, as well as stockists like WORKSOUT, KASINA, atmos and beaker. An offline drop will follow on September 25, along with a global release scheduled for mid-November.
