Saintwoods Unveils SW.010 RTW Collection and Teases Upcoming Helmut Lang Collab
Also launching Saintwoods Home, a new line of home and lifestyle goods.
Following up to the latest additions of essentials to its SW Basics Line, Montreal-based Saintwoods now introduces its largest collection to date, dubbed SW.010. With the new ready-to-wear range, the label continues its foray into the luxury fashion space with a series of premium designs. Some of the lineup’s standout items include a hand-crafted, three-piece workwear suit and a reversible sherpa jacket. Alongside the luxe items are also new loungewear pieces that are true to the brand’s DNA of simple essentials: a charcoal gray sherpa hoodie, cotton pyjama sets with chain stitched branding and a “Saintwoods Classics” basketball jersey. SW.010 will also be including a collaboration with Italian design studio, Studio Temp, with the two labels introducing an array of graphic tees and hoodies.
Along with the new apparel launch, Saintwoods will additionally continue to expand its home and lifestyle offerings. In partnership with Holt Renfrew, the imprint will be introducing its inaugural Saintwoods Home collection. The line comprises of handmade pottery tableware made in small batches by Montreal’s very own Atelier Make, as well as Turkish cotton bathrobes and towels, merino wool and cashmere blend pillows and blankets, and new versions of SW’s hallmark incense selection.
To close out a busy year, Saintwoods has also announced that its highly anticipated capsule collaboration with Helmut Lang will be launching later this year, with a release date scheduled for December 2020. The Saintwoods x Helmut Lang collection will mark the first-ever collaboration that Helmut Lang has ever created in tandem with a Canadian brand.
SW.010 is slated to drop on September 28 at 12p.m. EDT on saintwoods.com, while the Saintwoods Home for Holt Renfrew Ogilvy pop-up will take place on September 29. The store-in-store will be open from September 29 to October 18.
