RIMOWA's Aluminum Original Collection Receives Two New Galactic-Inspired Colorways

Featuring the brand’s signature Cabin, Trunk Plus and Personal styles.

RIMOWA has unveiled new limited-edition aluminum luggage shades scheduled to launch next month. Inspired by the spirit of boundary-pushing exploration, the manufacturer’s signature suitcases will be available in “Mars” and “Mercury.”

The former colorway is a bright and vibrant orange hue, while the latter arrives in a sleek, medium gray tone with subtle hints of blue. Made out of the brand’s premium aluminum material, the latest RIMOWA Original “uses an innovative combination of anodizing processes,” as per a press release. The Cabin and Trunk Plus’ skins have been directly inscribed with vibrant pigments, giving it a rich, reflective look.

A regional exclusive, limited-edition Personal in “White” with “Mars”-toned leather detailing will also be a part of the launch. For the first time, the case is crafted from ultra-lightweight, dent-resistant grooved polycarbonate, and sports a detachable body strap. Additionally, three RIMOWA Bridge sunglasses in “Mars” and “Mercury,” and a limited-edition space sticker set will drop alongside the collection.

RIMOWA’s new suitcase offerings will release on February 4 worldwide, while the eyewear range will receive a later launch date of February 25 at select RIMOWA stores.
