Dior Beauty Unveils New Multi-Purpose Powder Foundation

Dior has returned with a brand new makeup product dubbed the Face & Body Powder-No-Powder. Conceptualized by Dior Makeup‘s Creative and Image Director Peter Philips, the upcoming item will be available in a variety of shades that cater to different skin tones.
“Powder is a well-known product, essential for a makeup artist. But sometimes, it can leave a powdery finish on the skin. And so I wanted a different, modern texture, that would provide a new sensation and a new makeup result,” Philips explains in a press release. “The Face & Body Powder-No-Powder has a really thin texture, it blurs imperfections, evens out [the] complexion, and maintains the spirit of the light beauty look, with a matte luminous finish, that fits the spirit of the Dior Backstage line. It can be used alone, as a bronzer or combined with the Face & Body Foundation.”
The “powder without powder” features a transparent gel base and is infused with soft-focus pigments that instantly mattify your complexion. Additionally, mother-of-pearl microparticles help create a naturally radiant look, while the formula leaves your skin matte throughout the day. Dior’s Face & Body Powder-No-Powder retails for $360 HKD (approximately $46 USD), while the brush is priced at $440 HKD (approximately $56 USD). Both items will be available to purchase online on March 1.
