Paramount+ Gives the 'Rugrats' a Fresh New Look in Upcoming Reboot Series

“A baby’s gotta do what a baby’s gotta do.”

Paramount+ has announced that it is set to debut a revival series of Rugrats. The children’s cartoon first premiered back in 1991 and ran until 2004 on Nickelodeon, followed by three films and a sequel show titled All Grown Up.

The upcoming CGI series brings back the original voice actors such as EG Daily (Tommy), Nancy Cartwright (Chucky), Kath Soucie (Phil and Lil), Cheryl Case (Angelica) and Cree Summer (Susie). The teaser trailer features the baby group going on action-packed adventures including being chased by a dinosaur in a jungle, battling against a giant green monster and breaking into the “magical cave of fun stuff.”

Watch the full video below. Rugrats will release on May 27 exclusively on Paramount+.
