Lolo Zouaï Taps Korean Musician BIBI for Unexpected "Galipette" Remix
The pop musician delivers lyrics in Korean.
Lolo Zouaï is now back with a remix version of her latest single “Galipette,” which released back in July. This time around, the musician has tapped South Korean singer BIBI to rework the track.
The original tune is a combination of classic French ballad with Zouaï’s tongue-in-cheek lyrics inspired by the word “galipette,” which translates to “somersault” in English. The release gained much attention for its striking music video, which stars UCLA’s Women’s Gymnastics team as the San Francisco-hailing musician is seen boxing underwater.
In the new track, BIBI and Zouaï sing “Galipette” in Korean, fusing their musical styles and genres together. The latest release leads a slew of upcoming collaborations featuring some of the most exciting names in the music industry.
