Matthew M. Williams Shares a Sneak Peek of Givenchy's New Sneaker

Set to debut during Paris Fashion Week.

Ahead of Givenchy‘s Spring/Summer 2022 show on October 3, creative director Matthew M. Williams has shared a first look at the house’s new sneaker silhouette.

Taking to Instagram, the designer posted a series of work-in-progress images of the shoe in two different colorways: black and royal blue. As described by Williams, the footwear style “uses Kevlar mix with TPU thread on the sole unit for durability to create [a] full 360-degree knit shoe from [the] upper to [the] sole.” Givenchy’s logo rounds out the design, which has been placed near the rear in a white hue.

Take a closer look at the piece below and tune into Givenchy’s SS22 presentation on October 3.
