'Sex Education' Confirmed to Return for Season 4
Get ready for more drama at Moordale.
During its Tudum fan event on September 25, Netflix confirmed that Sex Education has been renewed for Season 4.
Editor’s Note: This article contains spoilers for Sex Education Season 3.
The breaking news-style clip, as seen on Twitter, showcases Moordale Secondary’s logo with the message: “BREAKING NEWS: SEX EDUCATION TO RETURN FOR SEASON 4.” The announcement arrived a week after Season 3’s premiere, which follows the story of Moordale students rebelling against their new controlling principal, Hope Haddon (Jemima Kirke).
The finale of the third season left off with the students disrupting their Open Day as an act of defiance against their headteacher. As a result, investors withdrew the school’s funds, leaving the students to relocate and restart their semester somewhere else. On top of that, just when Maeve (Emma Mackey) and Otis (Asa Butterfield) finally have the chance to be together, Maeve decides to study in America, leaving their relationship on hold.
While there are no specific details on Season 4 just yet, it’s safe to say that Sex Education has a lot more in store for its fans. Stay tuned as we learn more about the show.
