'Euphoria' Cast Shines on the Season 2 Premiere Red Carpet — See Every Stunning Look
Leading lady Zendaya dazzles in a vintage Valentino dress.
With Euphoria returning for its second season on HBO Max on Sunday, January 9, the stars of the hit series graced the premiere red carpet on Wednesday, blessing fans with a precursor to the show’s notoriously viral outfits.
Zendaya, who plays the show’s main protagonist Rue, wore a vintage Valentino dress from the brand’s Spring 1992 collection — the design was previously worn by ’90s supermodel Linda Evangelista. Working with stylist Law Roach, Zendaya complemented her outfit with sparkling diamond BVLGARI jewelry and Christian Louboutin heels.
Elsewhere, Hunter Schafer opted for a demure look, donning a custom, rich burgundy-colored gown by Prada, with a cream poplin dress peeking out at the neckline. Schafer completed the look with Prada satin nude heels. Euphoria’s queen bee Alexa Demie turned heads in a custom-made strapless, black Balenciaga gown.
Sydney Sweeney showed off her toned midriff in an opulently embellished two-piece silk ensemble from Miu Miu, while Jacob Elordi went for a classic red carpet look, wearing a sleek black suit and white boots, but threw tradition away by forgoing a tie.
New cast member Dominic Fike turned up to the event in a monochromatic black suit by Saint Laurent, which perfectly showed off his mint green locks. Angus Cloud, who plays Rue’s soft-hearted dealer Fez, wore an eye-catching neon orange suit from Versace, accented with a white turtleneck top and boots.
Another standout look was Maude Apatow’s black sheer strapless bedazzled dress. The gown, kissed by a ‘20s-inspired feather hem, was also designed by Saint Laurent‘s Anthony Vaccarello.
Austin Abrams went for a slightly more casual look, wearing a wine-colored T-shirt and a dark blue suit with black shoes, while actor Colman Domingo, who plays the role of Rue’s mentor, wore a cream-colored look, going for an off-white jacket, collared shirt and matching platform boots.
Take a look at the star-studded event in the gallery above and tune in to Euphoria Season 2 this Sunday on HBO Max. The salacious TV drama focuses on the trials and tribulations of teenagers navigating arguably adult situations, namely sex and substance addiction.
