Kanye West's 'JEEN-YUHS' Documentary Receives New Trailer
Slated to premiere on Netflix next month.
Following its premiere at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival, Netflix‘s trilogy documentary, JEEN-YUHS, based on Kanye West is finally hitting the streaming platform next month.
Ahead of the release, Netflix has unveiled a new trailer of the documentary featuring more vintage shots of Ye in his formative years. The visual kicks off with a clip of Ye with hip-hop artist Rhymefest in New York in 2002. “Me and Fest got into an argument. God, I feel like he disrespected me, man. Tryin’ to say I wasn’t a genius yet.” Ye jokingly says. “But who are you to call yourself a genius?” Rhymefest responds. Over the next minute, the trailer reveals more moments of the rapper’s life, including times with Pharrell and Jay-Z, him recovering from his car accident in 2002, his experience at the YEEZY Season 3 show with Kid Cudi and more.
