Madonna’s Former Mansion Sells for $29M USD
Reportedly owned by the world’s wealthiest dog that inherited a fortune.
Madonna‘s former estate, situated in Brickell Avenue, Miami with expansive waterfront views, recently sold for $29 million USD within a month of its listing.
The luxurious home sits within a 51,000 square-foot lot and oversees both Biscayne Bay and the city, featuring a private dock. Its interior boasts almost 8,700 square feet, with nine bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. The Assouline Team, the listing agent who represented the seller, stated that “the residence is known to be one of only six waterfront homes in the exclusive enclave.”
Besides the pop singer, there is another element that causes the transaction to garner much attention. Gunther Corp., the entity responsible for managing the “Material Girl” estate since 2000, claimed to represent Gunther VI, a German Shepherd known to have inherited a fortune. However, the tale of the dog was debunked to be “a ruse created by Maurizio Mian, who has used the tale to promote real estate sales and other projects,” according to previous reports by The Associated Press.
