Playboi Carti Debuts Narcissist Cut & Sew Collection

A hoodie instead of an album works too.

While fans are still patiently waiting for the release of Playboi Carti‘s Narcissist album, a surprise drop of a clothing line is sure to suffice.

Last week, the “Whole Lotta Red” rapper hosted a countdown timer of his Opium record label’s website. Heightening anticipation for the long-awaited album, the timer’s expiration gave way to the artist’s “Narcissist” collection. Comprised of oversized and moody streetwear, the musician’s debut clothing collection features provocative prints and 90’s-esque graphics.

The inaugural launch includes a cropped logo bomber jacket crafted from 70z nylon and four heavyweight French terry hoodies boasting steely mug shots. Elsewhere, sleeveless T-shirts arrive in black and white, while two ball caps are covered in the drop’s signature illustrations, inspired by Norwegian Black Metal motifs, appearing in white, green and red. The entire collection was designed by Carti and made in America with high-quality materials.

Priced between $480 and $3,150 USD, Playboi Carti’s debut Narcissist Cut & Sew collection is available now on the Opium website. Take a sneak peek in the gallery above.
