Miley Cyrus Could Be Releasing New Music in 2023
And it’s possibly similar to her ‘Bangerz’ era.
Could we be getting new music from Miley Cyrus next year? According to Mike WiLL Made-It, it’s seems likely.
The producer-slash-rapper, who worked with Cyrus on Bangerz as well as the track “23,” took to his Instagram Story to repost photos shared by Rae Sremmurd of them in the studio with Cyrus. Rae Sremmurd captioned the post “Ear drummers and head bangerz.” Meanwhile, Mike WiLL Made-It added “2023” to his Insta Story caption, teasing the possible release date.
Cyrus’ latest album Plastic Hearts, which she dropped in 2020, was mainly rock. While working on the LP, she revealed she had worked with Mike WiLL Made-It on some tracks. However, they didn’t end up making the final cut. “A song that [Mark Ronson] and I have done together is more rock driven, modern Debbie Harry or Joan Jett,” Cyrus told radio station 95.5 PLJ in 2018. “Then we’ve got songs with Mike Will [Made It] that lean more hip-hop and songs with Andrew Wyatt that lean more pop/alternative. I just have kind of everything.”
