Netflix's 'Monster' Gets Renewed as an Anthology After Success of 'The Jeffrey Dahmer Story'
Seasons 2 and 3 will focus on different serial killers.
If you were hooked on Netlfix‘s Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, then you’re in luck because the limited series has gotten renewed as a three-part anthology.
The first part of the series was titled Dahmer – Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, which focused on the infamous Milwaukee Cannibal’s crimes, including murders, necrophilia, cannibalism and more. Season 1 ended with *spoiler alert* Dahmer’s death. Therefore, Seasons 2 and 3 of Monster will be about “other monstrous figures who have impacted society,” according to Netflix.
Season 1 starred Evan Peters, who has worked closely with the series’ co-creator Ryan Murphy for years. However, it seems like the actor may soon be taking a break from playing sinister characters. During a recent event for the Netflix show, Murphy revealed that Peters is interested in playing “somebody normal,” perhaps starring in a romcom.
