Dior Channels the Early Aughts With Luxe Sneaker Heel
When you’ve got a 3-on-3 at 7 and a dinner date at 8.
Following a recently revealed Birkenstock collaboration, Dior brings its elevated aesthetic to a sneaker boot hybrid that channels the early 2000s.
A divisive silhouette among sneaker collectors, the throwback model combines a white knit base with beige calfskin leather overlays. Dubbed the D-Zenith, the ankle boot comes with an integrated sock in the design with navy “CHRISTIAN DIOR” branding at the ankle. The shoe’s gold heel adds a couture element, with an architectural shape inspired by the sculptures of Constantin Brancusi.
The Dior D-Zenith Ankle Boot is available now at Dior for $1,490 USD.
