Just in time for the season of romance and intimacy, rapper Saweetie has released the infectious new single “Closer.” Teaming up with R&B singer H.E.R., the chart-topping musicians are prepping for a weekend of fun and love.
“It’s the freak in me, I wanna show ya,” H.E.R. repeats on the pop-inspired song’s chorus. Meanwhile, Saweetie asserts she’s a “classy nympho,” painting a vivid picture of cuddles on Hermès leather and birthday Birkins. A certain fashion-forward actor-rapper couple seems to be the blueprint for the catchy single.
