Evan Rachel Wood Transforms Into Madonna in 'Weird: The Al Yankovic Story' Film
Starring alongside Daniel Radcliffe who will portray the king of parody songs.
Evan Rachel Wood took to Instagram to post a photo of her portraying her role as Madonna in The Roku Channel‘s upcoming biopic, WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story.
The actor dons a lacy fit accessorized with layers of necklaces and bracelets. A tulle headband adorns her dirty-blonde hair with dark roots, emblematic of the iconic singer’s style at the time. In an additional closeup posted by the film’s makeup artist, Kat Bardot, Wood’s lip line is filled in with a stunning red shade. Her mobile lid and crease feature golden yellow and coppery brown hues, while her cheeks showcase a vibrant pink blush. Elsewhere, black pencil eyeliner highlights her eyes, while a dot resembling the vocalist’s beauty mark lies beside her philtrum.
For those coming across the film for the first time, the movie follows “Weird Al” Yankovic‘s career, which will also star Daniel Radcliffe as the king of parody songs. “The secret’s out! I am having WAY TOO MUCH FUN playing the iconic Madonna in @therokuchannel’s WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story with Daniel Radcliffe,” Wood said in her caption.
