Rosalía Shares a Glimpse of Her Ideal Self-Care Day
From working out and cooking to cuddling with boyfriend Rauw Alejandro.
Staying busy can be a helpful way to take care of your mental health, and Rosalía is proving it. The musician took to TikTok recently to share how she typically spends her Saturdays, which details how she practices self-care.
The Spain native partakes in several activities, such as washing her face, swimming, cuddling with her boyfriend, Rauw Alejandro, and working out. “I do cardio so I don’t drown during shows,” she says in the clip.
The “CANDY” singer also shares her skincare routine as well as one of her go-to meals: eggs with spinach. “It can’t be pancakes every day,” she says. Of course, Rosalía squeezes in time to be creative and shows off playing the piano, taking dance lessons and recording a new song at the studio.
It doesn’t stop there. She also makes time for fun when she goes to Rauw’s concert that night to “support” her “baby.” The singer finishes her day off with removing her makeup at 2 a.m. and heading to bed shortly after.
