From Lanvin‘s Curb model to the Cactus Jack x Dior B713, luxury brands continue to permeate the sneaker landscape with releases that combine classic silhouettes with elevated details.

Historic design houses are even beginning to incorporate their own performance tech into their footwear offerings. Balmain created its aerodynamic Unicorn sneaker with innovation in mind, creating a new-to-world cushioning system and a sole made from eight molds.

For it’s Fall/Winter 2022/2023 Pre-Collection, CHANEL unveiled two sneaker styles, presented in two autumnal colorways each. Both styles bring an athleisure aesthetic to the house’s signature design elements from quilted midsoles inspired by CHANEL flap bags to mesh interlocking C’s.

Take a look at the collection in the gallery above and shop the styles in CHANEL boutiques from $1275 to $1350 USD.

In other footwear news, Joe Freshgoods and New Balance reunite for the “Conversations Amongst Us” 574.
