Renell Medrano's Ice Studios Links With ASICS

The collaborators join forces on a nearly monochromatic GEL-Kayono 14.

Apart from being a highly sought after photographer who has captured talent like Kendrick Lamar, Jay-Z, Serena Williams and Timothee Chalamet, Renell Medrano is also at the helm of ICE STUDIOS — an apparel brand known for its viral cargo skirt.

ICE STUDIOS and ASICS have joined forces for a GEL-Kayano 14 silhouette dressed in a powder blue shade, presumably inspired by ice, with hits of yellow throughout. Medrano teased the collab on Instagram with a visually compelling photo and video campaign shot in her hometown of Harlem, New York.

The ICE STUDIOS x ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 releases August 12 at 12 PM EST via the ICE STUDIOS webstore.

Elsewhere in sneakers, the Nike Air Force 1 “Since ‘82” returns in a white/pink colorway.
