Jacquemus Is Opening a New Store During Paris Fashion Week
Potentially becoming the brand’s first-ever permanent offline location.
With a strong social media presence and having opened successful pop-ups over the past few seasons, Jacquemus is now preparing to open a new boutique in Paris just in time for Fashion Week.
The buzzy Parisian brand will launch a 3,200-square-foot, two-floor location on Avenue Montaigne, one of the city’s biggest luxury fashion streets. Designer Simon Porte Jacquemus made the announcement on Instagram, writing, “Bonjour! I’m opening a shop, avenue Montaigne in Paris on the 27!”
According to Business of Fashion, the store is described as an “ephemeral boutique” and will house products from multiple categories rather than just one, as the previous pop-ups did. As of writing, the store is scheduled to be open for five months only, although sources have told the publication that there is “no fixed end-date.” This means that this location has the potential to become Jacquemus’ first-ever permanent retail store. “We remain open to all options,” a representative shared.
The Jacquemus store, located between Gucci and Jil Sander, will open its doors on September 27.
