Emilio Pucci Brings the Heat With FW22 Collection "La Piazzetta"

Italian brand Emilio Pucci embraces la dolce vita with the release of its Fall/Winter 2022 collection “La Piazzetta.”
Teeming with bold, psychedelic patterns and colors, the brand’s latest launch instantly brightens up the colder season. Without throwing caution to the wind, designer Camile Miceli delivers fluid knits and jerseys arriving in exciting color-blocked palettes comprised of cotton-candy pink and blue. Elsewhere, party-ready trousers, complete with disco ruffles steal the show, while uber-saturated mini-skirts bear trippy, abstract designs.
Paying extra attention to function, the collection features garments meticulously crafted from materials that do not wrinkle, providing a seamless wear. Standouts include a figure-flattering black mini dress outfitted in soft-to-the-touch terry cloth, alongside tented asymmetrically tailored skirts. The disco fever does not die down as high-collared blouses are adorned with ruffles along the neckline and are complemented by matching sleeves.
Accessories hold their own as Y2K-era moon boots are reimagined in curly Mongolian and shearling, while exaggerated heels reach for the stars as printed wedges and structural boots raise the stakes. Meanwhile, baguette handbags appear in gold lamé leather and are accented with coral enameled handles, while glass beaded necklaces nod to their Tibetan prayer counterparts.
