If we’re going to keep it 100% truthful, Hailey Bieber is a cultural beauty force to be reckoned with — love it or hate it. We’re always waiting for her to drop her haircare, skincare and makeup tips so we can rinse and repeat. Thankfully her hair colorist recently shared her viral chestnut gloss hair color from late last year, and we’re taking notes.
Last year (I can’t believe we’re saying that.) Beiber went from her light latte brunette shade to a decadent chestnut color that picked up significant traction. The rich and chocolate shade was most sought after and taking note of this was the man responsible, Matt Rez. Rez took to Instagram to share the exact formula he used to build the chic color: Redken‘s Shades of EQ Bonder Inside conditioning color. The recipe featured a concoction of 07NCH, 08GG and 09GB used to cultivate the incredible depth in her tresses. The all-in-one semi-permanent color is made with toner and bonder designed to cancel the brassiness of the under colors and protect the strength and integrity of the hair.
