Paris Hilton Revealed the Gender of Her Baby With a Symbolic Nail Color

The sweetest nod to welcome her new bundle of joy.

Paris Hilton has officially let the world know that she’s a mother. Sharing a snap of her new baby’s mini fingers wrapped around her thumb, in true icon fashion, Hilton made a significant statement with her manicure during the precious moment.

The star opted for a chic, almond nail moment that was clean and to the point. However, the strategically chosen nail polish of a pale white-blue gave fans and followers the notion that the baby was indeed a beautiful boy, along with the blue heart emoji. The old adage goes, “Blue is for boys, and pink is for girls.” Of course we’re not subscribing to those social gender ideals, but it’s a beautiful and sheer quote. Historically, the context for the white-blue did more than just give a subtle nod to the gender of the baby; it was a symbolic gesture that symbolizes angelic peace, innocence and the purity of new beginnings for a child.

Very happy for our Y2K Princess Paris and her hubby Carter Reum on their new bundle of joy.
