Millie Bobby Brown Makes a Chic Case for "Proposal Nails"
Note to self: Make sure your mani game is always on fleek.
If you’re a hopeless romantic like myself, you’re always dreaming of the day you’ll finally be proposed to. (Even though I’m eternally single.) However, there’s nothing more cringe-inducing than having your beau get down on one knee to pop “the question” only to find that your manicure game is not on fleek. While everyday people may have this fear in mind, that was not the case for Millie Bobby Brown, who recently proudly showed off her “proposal nails.”
Brown made it official with her lover Jake Bongiovi of “three summers,” according to her Instagram post. The vibes were immaculate: Beachy backdrop, slicked back tresses and chicest lace dress; she was ready to get to the wedding planning at first glance. While those deets are fabulous, her pearly chrome manicure and diamond rock are what took the announcement to the next level.
Her nails were shaped long and almond shape for the occasion. The photo is set in grayscale, but we can clearly see what’s happening in the images. With the way Brown looked prepared, we’re sure she may have had a heads up — if not, her preparedness is quite impressive and yielded trend-worthy results.
