Kylie Minogue Teases a Collaboration with Madonna
Madonna’s most recent collabs include Sam Smith and The Weeknd.
Like many of us, Kylie Minogue grew up listening to Madonna, which is why she would love to collab with her someday.
“I would. Of course, I would!” she recently told 103.5 KTU. “She’s going on tour. I don’t have Madonna’s number but if I was in town and she was in town, it would be amazing. The building would probably fall down. We’d need to send out warnings!”
Minogue also gushed about listening to Madonna when she was a teenager, admitting that she would be “dancing around [her] bedroom to Madonna.”
Lately, Madonna has collaborated with a few artists, including Sam Smith and The Weeknd. Most recently, she dropped “Vulgar” with Smith. “It was written with Madonna and an amazing group of people,” the British singer told Apple Music‘s Zane Lowe. “The day after the Grammy’s, we all got in the studio and just had an amazing evening creating and writing and expressing. And, of course, it was the biggest dream come true for me to get to work with and perform and sing with the Queen of Pop. I am so honored and excited about this song and I hope everyone loves it as much as I do.”
Prior to that, Madonna collaborated with The Weeknd and Playboi Carti on “Popular” for The Idol soundtrack.
