The GANNI girl is notoriously colorful and whimsical, but the Copenhagen brand is adding some structure to its standard style with its Fall/Winter 2023 collection, “Butterflies.”
Symbolizing metamorphosis, the GANNI girl is evolving and changing, but never straying from her core ethos. Uber-saturated colors and luscious textiles decorate sharply tailored pieces. Sharp three-piece suits arrive in grey wool, joining a simple black two-piece set. A hot Barbie pink jumpsuit commands attention, accompanying a double-breasted indigo option.
Meanwhile, A cottagecore-esque blouse adds a touch of softness, sitting alongside a prairie perfect maxi dress kissed with a frayed hemline. Denim makes another appearance in the form of casual shirt, decorated with “GANNI of the Future” in rhinestones on the back. A lilac sweater is paired with a vibrant purple skirt, while a cobalt evening dress steals the show with its voluminous skirt and plunging neckline.
