Nike's Calm Slide Returns in "Rugged Orange"
Just in time for the fall/winter season.
Nike‘s new Calm silhouettes continue to dominate the release calendar, as more and more colorways appear to surface online. This week, the Calm Slide is making a return in a “Rugged Orange” colorway, fusing tones of terracotta, brown and brick to create a smooth, all-over color scheme.
First debuted on the Air Force 1 “Wild,” the new colorway takes over the cozy slip-on shoe just in time for the Fall/Winter season to begin, offering a transitional piece for the cooler months. The autumnal hue takes over the entirety of the silhouette, complete with debossed Swoosh branding at the upper, footbed and outsole.
The “Rugged Orange” colorway follows a slew of Calm-themed releases, including the mule in “Sesame” and “Hemp” alongside its three original colorways of “Black,” “Olive” and “Grey.”
Official release dates for Nike’s Calm Slide have yet to be confirmed by the footwear pioneers, but we expect all colorways to land in the coming months, each priced at $50 USD.
