Versace's "Tag" Bag Launches on Drest, Snapchat and Zepeto

It’s no surprise fashion is making its presence known in the virtual world as well as the physical. So far, we’ve had Louis Vuitton launching its new game to Discord, Balenciaga taking its Spring/Summer 2025 runway to Apple Vision Pro and Burberry tapping Roblox for a virtual handbag collection, to name a few.

Now, Versace has officially taken its latest creation, the “Tag” bag, beyond the runway and into the digital realm, on Zepeto, Snapchat and Drest.

First launched on November 12, the “Tag” is a luxurious statement piece crafted from buttery nappa leather, with a soft, structured design that merges classic Versace codes with playful self-expression. Available in six standout colors — “Porcelain White,” “Peridot,” “English Rose,” “Whiskey Brown,” “Pale Yellow” and “Tonal Black,” each bag features rich contrasting fabric linings and customizable charms, making it as versatile as it is stylish.

On Zepeto, users can accessorize their avatars with three exclusive new colorways of the “Tag” bag, complete with animated features like the sparkling “Medusa Fluffy” charm — a fluffy accessory that brings a playful edge to the virtual collection.

Over on Snapchat, Versace is setting a milestone as one of the first luxury brands to offer a handbag for Bitmoji. Users can personalize their avatars with the “Tag” bag in a range of colors, adding charm accessories for extra flair. To complete the look, Snapchatters can also style their Bitmoji with Versace’s signature “Allover” slippers or the “I heart Baroque” bathrobe — just in time for the festive holiday season.

Meanwhile on Drest, the “Tag” bag stars in the platform’s latest interactive feature, the “Quest” gameplay. The game offers players the chance to engage with bespoke challenges centered around the bag. Completing the game unlocks exclusive digital rewards and participants are entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a real-life Versace “Tag.”
