“What’s your best foreplay tip?”

Hey bae! Foreplay is the perfect way to get your body ready for sex. For people with vaginas, this can look like exploring touch and the art of fingering before full-on penetration. For people with penises, it can be the process of becoming erect. However, foreplay is subjective as different people enjoy different styles of pleasure — aka “sex” looks different person-to-person. For example, some straight people view fingering as foreplay, while some queer people consider it sex.

Where a lot of people misunderstand foreplay is that they assume it only comes in the form of sexual pleasure. In all reality — and yes we’re about to quote Paloma Faith — “foreplay is more about what you talk about the whole day, how you treat each other all day.
